Our goal  was to offer  a healthier shave ice option, to Hawaii’s favorite frozen treat, by adding natural food coloring to select  organic and all natural shave ice syrups such as our tahitian lime and banana.  Because the berry flavors are so naturally vibrant in color, there is no need to add color.

Our syrups are made with real fruits!  Is always a joy to hear customers say, “It tastes like real mango!” or, “This tastes like Lychee!”   And that’s because it is!  Our syrups are lightly sweetened with organic cane sugar and made with real fruits!

Our natural colors are made from plants and contain powerful antioxidants, which help the body repair itself from the effects of oxidation.  For example, our Blue Vanilla is colored with Spirulina!  (So many kids wanted blue, so we searched high and low to find a natural blue color).

Our brand  uses a variety of raw materials to manufacture our natural and organic colors, including beets, turmeric root, annatto seeds, purple carrot, purple cabbage, gardenia flowers, hibiscus flowers, grape skin and even spirulina as seen in our Blue Vanilla flavor!..
